Redwood Empire Emerald giant! a good sip while going over the history of California... family has a long history in California
Glenfiddich 18 is another instant favorite... my other favorite from them is the Solera 15yr
I always have a bottle of this on my shelf... classic!
Some easy sippers... Benriach smokey twelve is an easier peated Scotch... 1910 is a sweet easy Bourbon... easy peasy
one of the easiest drinking blends I've had to date... plus beautiful bottle
Best Bang for your buck bourbon currently... punches above its price tag quite a lot
One of those super rare and impossible bottles to get... I miss it so much!

I remember when these were relatively easy to get... stupid bourbon craze lol... my other favorite from them is the nigh impossible to get Bourye
This I can't recommend enough as a great always on the shelf scotch and a great entry scotch for those looking to get into scotch
pretty bottle cool distillery... not my favorite pour... not for me, but plenty of others love it
A friends Woodinville collection... some people collect pokemons... some Woodinville whiskey...
I am unabashedly a JD fan... super underrated! and this 10 year was quite good! I must say the new BiB bottles are exceptional and fairly priced well worth grabbing

so... this is an interesting pour... my buddy Josh did not like it at all... I can appreciate the unique character, dig on the scrub oak smoke and blue corn funk that it has on it... but, not something I'd pour all the time
Classic and another bang for your buck cocktail maker and even a good sipper. Worth having on the shelf all the time
Another one of those hard to find and rare Ryes... this was sooo good! it is missed! the immortal tea added a consistency and mouth feel that was amazing!
Smoke Wagon puts out holiday bottles of their base expression... and they are always fun! This is another budget option that is cinnamon red hots and candy... so goes well with Halloween imbibes ha
One of my favorite imbibes... just Classic bourbon flavor on a higher level.
Jefferson Reserve is another decent deal, and I generally use it for coctails... the Ocean version is a favorite... but maybe cause I love the ocean and it is marketed well to me ha!
Penelope comes out with really good variances with post aging and in general really good blends... yet to have one I didn't like
good for the trail! Wilderness trail is another new bourbon flavor... which too me has a mild funk to it... and not in necessarily a bad way... just there like caramel candy that has a tang to it ha
